The iron fist of Roger Goodell is at it again. We have received word, after reading this story, that NFL Commissioner Goodell is prohibiting Dan Linscomb of Texas City from watching the next two Dallas Cowboys games. Linscomb was arrested in Atlanta when his wife had a bite off his plate at an Iron Skillet buffet, and he refused to pay for a full meal for her. He was charged with theft of services, and Goodell will not tolerate that kind of insolence.

While Lipscomb is not an NFL player, Goodell has stated that his power knows no bounds. Hence, Linscomb will not be able to watch his beloved Cowboys take on the Giants or the Redskins. Goodell also noted that had Linscomb been a Patriots fan, then no punishment would have been handed down.

We do think that Goodell was out of line in suspending Linscomb from watching two games. But after we saw a photo of the spoon Linscomb’s wife was using for her “couple bites,” it might have been warranted.
