So, with ESPN Gameplan we get random games live - like the ppv coverage of Arkansas vs. UL-Monroe. We tuned into this game initially because we generally follow the SEC, and the Razorbacks were in tight one. Once we actually saw the coverage of the game, we could not turn the channel. We sat in amazement at what we were seeing. So, we took the video below as proof that’s really how it happened. Things to note:
1. They take up 1/3 of the screen with stats. The game stats seem to be current, but the scores on the left are no less than 2 hours behind. At the end of this game, which started the same time as Alabama-Tulane, they were showing the halftime score of the Alabama game. Nonetheless, these scores flashed constantly.
2. Check the down and distance on the field goal attempt. It read “1st and 7″ for about 4 downs straight.
3. Listen to the guys calling the game. As this field goal misses wide right with clearly enough distance, they all agree… “Ain’t gonna get there!”
4. If you notice anything you like to add, please let use know.
